It’s official! On January 10, Mayor Reed officially welcomed a new branch of the Capital Area Head Start program to Market Street in the city. Reed presented executive director Alison Rosen with the official proclamation before cutting the ribbon.

After all of these months, it’s finally their turn in front of the lens. Here, Girl, Interrupted’s talent coordinator Randy Furr and casting director Sharon Hillegas pose for MODE’s candid camera at the HOYT’s premiere party.

And now, turn to the left … looks like WQXA’s Jen Shade (l) and Claudine Delorenzo have found themselves in some kind of line up! Actually, the duo was joined by two members of one of the Millennium Melee Party’s acts, Staind.

Marcos, Wuv, and Sonny, members of the acclaimed national recording act P.O.D., took a moment from the X’s Millennium Melee Party to chat LIVE with fans around the world on-line with the Internet guru, Caroline.

Here, The X’s Program Director, Claudine, Job from Muder 1, Traffax’s Maria, and Adrock from McGarthy Promotions take a break from the Melee festivities. The Melee, a concert held to show the station’s appreciation for their listeners, was attended by over 800 (invitation only) music lovers at Lancaster’s Chameleon Club.

Yet another funky, cool performance of the Jason Timoll Band at Pete’s Cafe. Always excellent, the show garnered rave reviews from everyone in attendance .

Can you say "enthusiastic"? David Michaels, a Pete’s Cafe and Jason Timoll Band fan, shares his excitement about the evening with Tara Leo.

Also kickin’ back at Pete’s were Joe Crocona, Carter Winterbottom, and Georgine Crocona. Good music and a good drink — it just doesn’t get much better!

This little piggie went to the market… and got it’s ears cleaned out with alcohol (yuck) by Chris Gembe and Kimberly Marion, who polish their pigs before the big competition at the Pennsylvania Farm Show.

Ah, and then there were Pennsylvania State Troopers Neil Fausey and Dennis Guelich who explained how they can monitor a car’s exact speed on the highway, right from their chopper, and land a water balloon on a mailbox with
pin-point accuracy as well. (Just kidding guys!)
