Local
student Chaderlynne Sherill reads the dedication on the
official birthplace marker of Harrisburg resident T.
Morris Chester that now stands outside the Whitaker
Center.

Joining
Sherill in the festivities were ladies of the Civil War
era in which Chester lived — a true testiment to his
existence and outstanding achievements! |

Seems
like Carol Moore must be one "hunka hunka
burnin’ love" don’t ya think? Here she
is, livin’ it up at this year’s Annual Red Hot
Strawberry Ball. It looks like Elvis, Elvis,
Elvis, Elvis, and Elvis struck gold.

It’s
election time again, and here are the
dedicated citizens of Camp Hill taking their
places at the Borough Building, ready to assist
the voters on November 2nd. Smile, everyone! |

It’s
a packed house for the November 9th meeting of
Harrisburg’s City Council. The air is thick
and the silence heavy as the crowd waits
patiently, as it has done so many times before,
for the vote on a loan for the Midtown Arts
Cinema, (officially dubbed the City Cinema)
project. It took almost a year, but the theater
is finally a "GO!" |
