ASAP: The Art of Buying and Selling on the Net

Camp Hill, PA—Technology has further refined the art of selling and buying residential properties. Finessing the delays of posting homes for sale, and the cumbersome searches for that "right property" for the buyer, is a new proprietary marketing system which, its developer asserts, is the first of its kind in the mid-state. Created by and for Camp Hill-based Jack Gaughen Realtor, the system called Accelerated Sales Action Program (ASAP), provides a fast convenient way to bring sellers and buyers together. It starts with a consultation and through a series of coordinated marketing activities involving traditional advertising, a half-hour television show, and an automated "home hunter" on the intranet called JACS (Just for Agents Computer System) information is dispersed to both parties. JACS works at the speed of flashing fingers on a laptop keyboard when agents enter houses in segmented categories on Jack Gaughen’s intranet database. According to David Mangold, Jack Gaughen’s vice president of marketing & technology, JACS saves agent and seller a week’s head start on marketing listed properties over traditional methods of directory listings and brochure preparation.

ASAP demonstration is available in your office. Call David Mangold, 761-4800 to request an appointment.
