This event is a chocolate lover’s dream, with delicious samplings of everything chocolate, from chocolate covered pretzels, candies, pastries, and other delights. Samplings are provided from area chocolate manufacturers, bakers and caterers from the Central Pennsylvania area, culinary schools, hotels, and restaurants. Over thirty chocolatiers participated in 1997. Over fifty chocolatiers are expected this year.

In addition to the chocolate tasting, persons attending will also enjoy continuous entertainment from area performers, and will be able to participate in a silent auction and a raffle drawing. For more information on Chocolatefest 98 and tickets, please call 232-7509.
